SCHOOL LIBRARIANS: PLEASE VOTE!! I am so disappointed that these standards have not yet been added. The national standards for Technology, Music and Art are all included, and these are the specialist teachers with whom we most often are grouped in a school. And yet we are still left with no pulldown, no easy way to enter each grade level (I cover 6 grades), and no way to easily share our standards with colleagues -- extremely important, since we are collaborators and curriculum leaders.

American Assoc of School Librarians - Standards for the 21st Century Learner. The main posting on this needs to more specific.

I NEED these standards as a pull down menu to make this program useful to me as a school librarian. I want and need to be able to easily write my plans for all grade levels that I see. I believe being able to share these lessons with my colleagues and teachers will be invaluable.

These standards are what every U. S. school librarian uses. In New York State, they are fleshed out by the Empire State Information Fluency Continuum:

The Continuum is aligned with the Common Core and has been endorsed by the New York State Librarian and by the School Library Systems Association of New York State.
