Copy Collaborated Planbooks
Allow each teacher who collaborates on a planbook to make an individual copy. We create plans as a team but due to schedules and days for subs things don't always fall on the same day. We like to put all our ideas and lessons in one but then have an individual one to rearrange time periods or bump days when needed.

The best solution for your situation is for the teachers to use a collaborated planbook to enter the plans. Then you can also keep a second planbook for yourself and copy the plans back to yours. This way you'd all have access to the plans and you could put them into the date and time that is correct for your schedule.

Then to bring the plans to your own planbook you could use The Cubby. This allows you to copy single periods or entire days. We have more on that here:
