Auto reorder plans with period reorder
When I reorder my periods, I want all plans attached to that period to move as well. Currently, I have to manually do this.

Calendar Button
Add a "Calendar" view button to the menu under the date (in the plan book) in addition to the link in the main navigation bar. You can view by week and month, why not the year? It could be a drop down menu.

Add a button to return to Week View from Month View
Currently, there is a button to switch to Month View from Week View, but if one wants to return to Week View from that screen they either have to spam the back button on their browser sufficiently or click over to the Planbook tab and navigate back to the current week. Because of this hassle, I don't end up using month view as much as I otherwise would.

Option to color code groups within a block
In language arts and math, I teach 3-4 groups. I would like to include background color to identify lessons for those groups more easily.
If not a color, an option to use an icon or emoji for each group might also be used.7 votes -
Have an option to "bury" lessons that I have to skip
I copy my lessons from the previous year to use for the current year, but sometimes I have to cut out lessons that we don't have time for. In order to keep my plans matched to the day we're doing them on, I have to delete the lesson, which means when I copy this year's lessons for next year, that lesson is completely gone. I would like to be able to "bury" a lesson without loosing it to be able to copy it into the following year.

Have letter day within Title
We have letter days, A, B, C, D, E, F... If I could get those letter days to go in the title boxes with my (weekday, month, day) so it would look like (LETTER, weekday, month, day).
Also, if I put in an off day for the letter to go to the next day with the plans.

Change location of hilight and Line so that mistakes aren't made.
Change the location of hilight and line in the text box. Currently they are right next to each other. Sometimes when I want to hilight an important lesson, I accidentally click on the line - which erases all the text in the box and replaces with a line.

More colour choices for backgrounds. Pastel rainbow colours would be great.

Add same lesson to multiple class sections
When creating a lesson, add check boxes so that I can quickly add the same lesson to multiple classes/sections on different dates & times.
Example: I teach library media classes K-5. I have first grade on Day 1, Day 3, Day 4 with the same lesson in a rotation. It is laborious to copy/paste this over and over.

copy standards from one lesson to the next
Copy standards applied to one lesson to another. Instead of having to type standards in each lesson, let me copy them across my planbook where I deem necessary

I would love to have a "substitute teacher" section option added.
Create for us a substitute section so that we could write out our plan and access it quickly.

Print one class at time at the end of the year (like just 7th Math, or just Algebra I lesson plans)
To be able to print lesson plans for a whole period at the end of the year. Like a year at a glance, this would help with curriculum alignment or for those classes that rotate that you may not teach every year. Ex: I have a 3 year rotation with a class, would be nice to have that all as one set of plans.
