Add elementary options for reading groups, learning stations, math groups, and space to write nes and or activities
There are so many activities, testings, grouping, pull outs, pull ins and more going on hourly and daily in an elementary classroom that changes depending on the day or week at hand. Especially for the intercity classroom where students are academically behind by grade(s).
0 votesWe intentionally leave the planning area free form, since it would be impossible to accommodate all the needs of teachers. You can create a reusable template to fit your schedule. We have more on that here: http://help.planbookedu.com/knowledgebase/articles/70803-how-to-create-templates

You can do that now using The Cubby. It will let you copy/move single plans or entire days between planbooks. All the plans, attachments and standards (assuming you have the same standards selected in your new planbook) will be included.
You can see more on how to do that here:

Add periods anywhere not just at end
Its frustrating when I cannot add a period anywhere because sometimes my plans get bumped on accident and I have to reconfigure my whole schedule.
2 votesHi,
You can reorder your periods to move the new blank period anywhere. We have more on that here:

I would like to see a duplicate button for the collaboration feature
I would like for teachers on my grade level to be able to Duplicate my lesson plans so they are able to edit and personalize them. This is also helpful if there is someone out on medical leave.

Save as a template.
Certain days and times are very similar each week. The only difference may be the vocabulary words, page number, or title. The routines are the same, so I'd like to see a template option for quicker entry.

Can you enable users to select which days of the week they would like to copy information to? e.g. I want to select Mon, Weds and Fri.
I would like to be able to select Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays for one particular cell in my planbook, but change Thursdays to spelling tests. Can you create a button that allows users to choose which days they want to copy, and choose this week, or this week and forward?
17 votesYou can do that now with the repeating options. Edit Monday and set it to repeat daily. Then select M,Tu,W,F from the day list. Then Edit Thursday and set it to repeat weekly.

Copy an entire week, day or subject area from a coworker's shared planbook.
We plan together and do many of the same things, but not all. It would be nice to be able to copy bigger chunks at one time.

You can do that using The Cubby. You’ll have to drag in each day individually. We have more on that here:

Rotating Schedule Template
I teach on a six day rotating schedule (A-F days). I'd love to be able to input my schedule once at the beginning of the year and have the correct classes autopopulate each week. Currently I have to type them all in each week and it is cumbersome.

Make sure to set the rotation for your planbook. You will then have that as a repeat option.

Scoring Software Integration
Hello, I would love to see integration with a scoring software. For example, a hotline that allows an assignment and the associated standards to be immediately interred into program like Gradebookpro or even a basic spreadsheet type grading format (one sheet of a workbook for each class possibly).
I have more ideas, but the integration at an assignment level would save a great amount of time and energy! Thanks for considering!
