There's no recurring payment to cancel.
A PlanbookEdu subscription is a one-off purchase for a fixed period, not a rolling plan. Nothing is charged automatically when it ends, so you don't need to do anything to stop it — just don't renew.
What happens when it runs out
Your account moves to the free version and your plans stay exactly where they are. See What happens to my plans if I stop paying.
You'll get a reminder about 30 days before the end. Ignore it if you'd rather not continue — see Renew your subscription.
If you've just paid by mistake
That's a refund question rather than a cancellation — see Refunds.
Deleting your account entirely
Letting a subscription lapse leaves your account and plans in place, which is usually what people want.
If you'd like the account and everything in it removed permanently, ask support — we only delete when you specifically request it. Export anything you want to keep first, because this can't be undone: Export an entire planbook.
Group subscriptions
If your school bought your subscription, there's nothing for you to cancel — that's between your administrator and us. See Group accounts: how they work.
