What to include
You will get a faster answer if your first message says:
- The email address on your account, if you are writing from a different one. We cannot look up an account without it.
- What you expected to happen, and what happened instead. "The share link shows an empty week" tells us far more than "sharing is broken."
- The planbook name if you have more than one.
- A screenshot, if something looks wrong on screen.
