Renew your group subscription

Group subscriptions renew as a single transaction covering all your teachers, and renewal is the natural moment to adjust who's on the list.

Renewing

We'll be in touch as your term comes to an end, with a link into the renewal flow. It walks you through:

  1. Who's covered — remove teachers who've left, add new staff
  2. Confirming the total — your per-teacher rate reflects the final count
  3. Payment — purchase order, check or card

Adjust the roster while you're there

Renewal is the easiest point to change numbers, because everything is recalculated in one go rather than prorated mid-term.

Removing leavers doesn't delete their accounts or plans — see What happens to a teacher who leaves your group.

If your count crosses a tier boundary, your per-teacher rate changes — see Group rates and discounts. Worth checking before you finalize, particularly if you're close to a threshold.

"Too soon to renew"

If you try to renew well before the term ends you'll be told it's too early. Come back nearer the date, or get in touch if your district's purchasing calendar means you need to buy earlier — that's a common enough situation and we can work with it.

Unpaid invoices block renewal

If your group has an outstanding invoice, renewal stops until it's settled. This usually means a purchase order that hasn't been paid yet rather than anything being wrong.

Check with your business office, or contact us if you think it's already been paid — see Group invoices and purchase orders.

Start renewal early enough that an unpaid invoice doesn't leave teachers without access while it's sorted out.

If you let it lapse

Nobody loses plans. Accounts drop to the free version and everything written stays put — see What happens to my plans if I stop paying.
