PlanbookEdu has a free account and a Premium subscription. Both let you write and print lesson plans — Premium adds the sharing and collaboration features.
What Premium adds
- Sharing — give a colleague, principal or substitute a link to your plans, with control over exactly what they see and for how long.
- Collaboration — let another teacher edit a planbook with you.
- Embedding — put a read-only view of your plans on your class website.
What it costs
Premium is $30 per year. There is no automatic renewal charge — you renew when you choose to.
Schools and districts buying several accounts pay less per teacher, starting at $27 and dropping with volume. See group rates.
Upgrading
Click the account button in the top right, then Account settings, then Add Another Year.
Upgrading never touches your plans. Everything you have already written stays exactly where it is — you are only changing what your account can do.
If you do not renew
Your plans are not deleted. PlanbookEdu does not remove accounts or lesson plans unless you specifically ask us to. If a subscription lapses you keep access to your writing; the Premium-only features simply stop working until you renew.
