Nearly every Cubby question is one of these.
The Cubby tab isn't there
This is normal when the Cubby is empty. The tab is hidden until there's something in it, so a brand-new account has no tab at all.
Start dragging any plan by its handle and the Cubby slides into view. Drop something in, and the tab stays from then on.
I can't drag a plan
Check the box actually has content — the drag handle only appears on a plan with something in it. An empty box has nothing to grab.

The plan won't drop where I want it
Whole days must be dropped on a day header, not on a single lesson box. Days and single plans are different items — the Cubby marks them with different icons, a stack for a day and a single sheet for a plan.
My Cubby items disappeared
They shouldn't. Cubby items are stored indefinitely and survive signing out and switching computers.
Two things that look like disappearance:
- They're in a folder. Once you start using folders, items live in the folder you filed them in rather than the main list. Click Organize to see everything.
- You're signed in as someone else. The Cubby belongs to your account, not to a planbook.
I deleted something from the Cubby by mistake
Plans deleted from the Cubby go to the same place as plans deleted from your planbook, and are kept for three days — see Recover deleted plans.
